DIASPASIS – T-SHIRT

Diaspasis t-shirt is the t-shirt made for the Diaspasis exhibition of street artists PichiAvo held at the Wunderkammern gallery in Milan. The t-shirt is a limited edition of 50 pieces.

On the front of the t-shirt is the work Zeus Diaspasis. Zeus Diaspasis depicts part of the face of Zeus, god of the sky and king of Olympus. The works in the Diaspasis series, in Greek separation, are created using a special technique. The subjects are painted on sheets of plasterboard which are then broken up, leaving the edges uneven. The effect these works give is that of archaeological finds.

The PichiAvo artists known for their murals bring the materiality of their art into the gallery with this series of works.
