Terms of sale

+ Subject of the contract

The object of these general terms and conditions is the purchase of products or services, made remotely via computer network, from Wunderkammern srl with registered office in Via Gabrio Serbelloni 122/124, 00176 - Rome. Every purchase transaction shall be governed by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (consumer code) and, in particular, those of Section II, Part II, Title III (distance contracts) as well as, with regard to the protection of personal data, by the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003.

+ Purchase order and finalisation of the contract

The contract is finalised when the Supplier receives the purchase order for the selected products and/or services sent by the Customer on www.wunderkammern.shop.

Sending the telematic purchase order implies full knowledge by the Customer of these General and Payment Conditions and their acceptance. The Customer declares that he/she has read all the information provided during the purchase procedure. If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to entrepreneurial, commercial, handicraft or professional activities), once the purchase procedure has been completed, he/she shall print or save an electronic copy or in any case retain these Terms and Conditions of Sale, also in compliance with the provisions of Articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 on distance contracts. Any right of the Customer to damages or compensation is expressly excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for damages, direct or indirect to persons and/or things, derived from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

+ Purchase conditions

Purchases of products and/or services for sale on www.wunderkammern.shop are made at the price indicated therein, to be confirmed at the time of order confirmation, plus shipping costs. Before confirming the purchase, the total cost of the order will be summarised, including the cost of each product and/or service and shipping costs.

+ Prices and payment

Payment of the price of products and/or services purchased and of shipping costs should be made at the time of purchase and in the way chosen at the time of ordering. The Customer may choose between credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard) and advanced bank transfer.

+ Delivery of products and shipping costs

Delivery of products and/or services will be made in one of the following ways chosen by the Customer when placing the order:

  • Free collection by the Customer at the Wunderkammern gallery in the Milan venue in via Nerino 2, 20123 or in the Rome venue in via Giulia 180, 00186 depending on the location of the work.
  • Shipment by insured express courier or specialised courier. Delivery shall be made to the address indicated by the Customer. Shipping costs shall be communicated to the Customer at the time of ordering and before proceeding to payment.

Upon collection, the Customer shall ensure that the package is undamaged and dry, and shall only accept it after such verification. We recommend collecting the package by signing with reservation.
If, despite this, the contents of the package are damaged, the Customer shall be entitled to request a refund by writing to the e-mail address shop@wunderkammern.net and attaching photos clearly showing the damage. This must be done within 24 hours from the date of delivery.

+ Order processing times

The processing days indicated in the Shipping and delivery schedule for each work are indicative and are not to be considered binding under any circumstances. However, it shall be the Supplier's responsibility to process orders as soon as possible, compatibly with the time required to manufacture the products or carry out the services purchased. The Company shall not be held liable for any delays on the part of national couriers due to external causes or force majeure. In this regard, the Customer declares that he/she has been informed that the timeframe for processing an order varies depending on the type of processing and the quantity requested.

In the event that the Customer has purchased a service, it shall be the Customer's responsibility to send the Supplier the material necessary for the latter to perform the service. The list of such material is specified in the product sheet of the service and must be sent to the Supplier Company in full and exclusively in the manner described.

+ Right of withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on the www.wunderkammern.shop website. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to shop@wunderkammern.net and wait to receive the Return Authorisation Form. Once received, he/she may send the product to the address indicated, assuming the shipping costs and transport risk. The Supplier undertakes to issue the refund within 10 working days of receipt of the product and after having checked its integrity.

Under no circumstances will returns be accepted without an explicit request from the Customer and without the Company sending the Return Authorisation Form.

In the event that the Customer has purchased a service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the material requested is incomplete.

+ Competent Court

For all disputes concerning the interpretation or execution of the contracts, the Court of Rome shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
