The purpose of this information notice is to describe how the website www.wunderkammern.shop (hereinafter, the 'Site') is managed with regard to the processing of personal data of individuals who access, use or interact with it (hereinafter, the 'Users').
This is a general information notice provided in compliance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter, the "Regulation" or "GDPR") to all Users consulting and/or interacting with the services rendered through the Site by Wunderkammern srl, with registered office in Via Gabrio Serbelloni 124, 00176 - Rome, VAT No. 13343691005 (hereinafter, the "Owner").
This information notice will explain the purposes and methods by which the Controller collects and processes the personal data of Users, which categories of data are processed, what the rights of data subjects are under the Regulation, and how they can be exercised.
The information is provided exclusively for the Site, therefore the Owner assumes no responsibility for third party websites that may be consulted via hypertext links on the Site itself. Furthermore, the statement refers to data acquired from pages, managed by the Owner, of social network platforms such as, by way of example but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram.
The processing of the User's personal data will be carried out by means of suitable paper, electronic and/or telematic tools, with logics strictly related to the above-mentioned purposes and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
By using the Site, Users are invited to read this policy before providing personal information of any kind.
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the User's operating system and computer environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning, and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the Site.
Without prejudice to what has been specified above in relation to navigation data, the Owner will acquire the personal data that may be provided by the User through the Site in order to access certain services (e.g. through the contact form available on the Site or to receive the newsletter), or to create a personal account on the Site or to make a purchase through the same.
By way of example, the Site will only acquire personal data of a common nature, provided directly by the User (such as name, surname, e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number, date of birth), as well as any other information that the User will communicate, of his/her own volition, by means of the contact tools made available by the Site, i.e. the contact form available in the Contacts section, the newsletter subscription form, the form to create a personal account and the online assistance chat.

The processing is therefore necessary to comply with a request from the User, within the scope of the execution of the legal relationship in place with the Owner. The provision of such data is therefore necessary in order to comply with the User's requests.
Moreover, the data provided in the context of the assistance requested via chat may be used to monitor and improve the quality of the service offered to the User, based on the legitimate interest of the Owner.
At any time, it is possible to request the cancellation of your personal account or from the newsletter service by writing to the e-mail address shop@wunderkammern.net, by clicking on the unsubscribe button present in the Owner's newsletter or by following the instructions for cancelling your account present in the reserved area of the Site.
The Owner may also communicate, for the same purposes indicated in the previous paragraph (Purposes, legal basis of the processing and nature of conferment), some of the User's personal data to third parties, who will process his/her personal data as data processors pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation.
The list of data processors can be requested from the Owner at any time by writing to shop@wunderkammern.net.
The Owner will retain the data for as long as is necessary to pursue the purposes described in this policy and, in particular, to allow the User to take advantage of the services made available through the Site. Once this period has expired, the Owner may keep the Users' data for a further period of 10 years, in order to comply with legal obligations or to protect its interests in court.
Data collected through the contact form in the Contacts section and through online chat will be retained until the request is processed. Thereafter, the data may be stored for a period not exceeding 12 months.
For the purpose of sending the newsletter, the Owner will keep the data until the User requests to stop receiving such communications by sending an email to shop@wunderkammern.net or by clicking on the unsubscribe button present in the communications. Following this request, the Owner will proceed to permanently delete the User's e-mail address from the newsletter mailing list.
The User's personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
