MICROBO E BO130 – LA VISIONE DI INSIEME

The work La visione di insieme created by Microbo and Bo130 is a hand-finished silkscreen on paper belonging to a limited edition of 69 pieces. Each work was hand-painted by the artistic duo, both before and after printing, thus creating a unique piece.

In this work, against a background of blue tones, the two street artists Microbo and Bo130 draw the viewer into a universe studded with numerous elements that it is up to the viewer to grasp and interpret according to the dictates of Hermetic philosophy. Within the work, in addition to a myriad of geometric figures and symbols, there are the microcosmic creatures and filaments typical of Microbo's style, and the alien faces characteristic of Bo130's production. 

In creating these works, Microbo and Bo130 were inspired by the principles of hermetic philosophy - discipline that bases its foundations on the relationship between man and the Cosmos.

If one observes carefully, one will notice a hidden detail - not revealed as hermetic philosophy would have it - that provides access to a new sensory dimension.

In this work measuring 106 x 78 cm, in addition to being signed in original, the two artists have inserted their respective stamps in the bottom right-hand corner, as well as the symbols with which they identify themselves in the urban space: the skull for Microbo and the crab for Bo130.

La visione di insieme was created by the street artists Bo130 and Microbo on the occasion of the project As Above So Below, presented at the Wunderkammern gallery in 2021. This initiative kicked off a journey that ended with the double solo exhibition Expanded FunToMentalism held at Wunderkammern's Milan venue in February 2023.
